  • Aquaventure Waterpark timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
  • Lost Chambers Aquarium timings: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM (last entry at 07:00 PM)
  • Mermaid Shows (Return of Trident): Daily at 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 7:00 PM
  • Ticket sales are final and 100% non-refundable
  • Visitors are not allowed to bring food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark
  • Please carry a valid photo ID at all times
  • Dress code: Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times
  • Acceptable swimwear: one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts, and burkini
  • Unacceptable swimwear: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer/see-through items
  • Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction; swim nappies/diapers are available at all gift shops
  • Please note:
    - The Cobone voucher is not a ticket. Prior booking is required at least 48 hours in advance — Walk-in visits without prior booking will be rejected
    - Booking can only be made through the Cobone reservations team. Once a booking is confirmed, no modifications to the date or time are permitted.

    - Tickets once bought cannot be canceled or refunded

  • Child Policy - Age and Height Restriction:
    - Children below 3 years old can enter free of charge
    - Children above 3 to 7 years old and below 1.2 meters height require a child ticket
    - ​Children above 1.2 meters years old require an adult ticket
    - Children unaccompanied by an adult, must be at least 13 years old to enter Aquaventure Waterpark
    - Access to certain rides is restricted to those over 1.2m
    - All people over 1.2m require an Adult ticket
  • Parking available at Aquaventure Waterpark parking area (turn right at the first roundabout after exiting the tunnel leading to Atlantis, The Palm)
  • Complimentary shuttle bus service available from Aquaventure Waterpark Parking Area to Aquaventure Waterpark Ticketing Plaz
